Caliber Collision

I had an excellent experience with Caliber Collision. I brought my vehicle in to have a dent repaired on the hood, and the entire process exceeded my expectations. Not only was the repair completed 5 days sooner than originally quoted, but the final cost also came in lower than the estimate. The quality of the work was outstanding, and the communication throughout the process was great. A special thank you to Ciara, my Service Advisor, who was professional, friendly, and kept me informed every step of the way. It's refreshing to work with a team that delivers on both service and value. I highly recommend Caliber Collision and would gladly use them again in the future.

The team at Caliber Collision especially Ciara Thomas and James Johnson were very professional and knowledgeable. They kept me apprised of every step of the process. This is a direct reflection of their Management/Leadership. I would most definitely use them again. OUTSTANDING!!!!!

My experience was great. Customer service was very good! They continued to give me status updates, via text messages , along the way in the process of repairing my car and expected completion date which I greatly appreciated. The repairs they did looked great and I was very impressed. They washed my car and vacuumed out the inside which was very considerate. Very impressed. I would highly recommend caliber collision.

Wonderful, quick customer service and quality work! Had an unfortunate scrape that was quickly buffed out. We have sent several people to get their cars repaired, and all have been pleased. We highly recommend Jesse who was quick to respond and sent us on our way pleased with the result.
